ATTENTION TO ALL: Due to unforseen circumstances our internet is having substantial complications, this means the phones are also having substantial complications, we are unable to control this at this time, Ms Cherry is working very diligently with IT and a transfer to Lumen via Century Link in order to improve the service; however this is a timely process as permission is required from the other tenants and the building owner. Text Message is the preferred form of communication with the office at this time. The HIPAA Privacy Rule establishes national standards to protect individuals' medical records and other individually identifiable health information (collectively defined as “protected health information”) and applies to health plans, health care clearinghouses, and those health care providers that conduct certain health care transactions electronically.
