Walk-In and No Show Policy
Walk-In: Walkins are discouraged and will only be accommodated if the schedule allows. New Patients are required to make an appointment in order to be seen.
No Shows: Due to the high amount of patients who fail to call and cancel their appointments before the time of their appointment the following policy has been implemented.
For Established Patients, if there are three "no show" appointments the patient will be discharged from the practice.
For New Patients, if the patient fails to show up for their appointment and does not call to cancel their appointment prior to the time of the appointment, they will not be permitted to reschedule or establish care at this practice.
We offer several options to communicate with the office, text message, voicemail, email. We request that all patients who are unable to make their scheduled appointment advise the office via one of the above mentioned methods the day prior their appointment. If there is an emergency or transportation complication, we expect the notification prior to the time of the scheduled appointment.
Appointment Reminders: We are a small office and while our staff tries to ensure that text message reminders are sent to all scheduled patients, these reminders are a courtesy and are not always guaranteed to be provided.
