Owner & Operations Coordinator
As an owner of the practice, Nyna is the glue that holds our family together. She oversees the financial side of the business, helping to ensure the practice remains strong, efficient, and well-positioned to continue providing exceptional care to our patients. Her dedication to both the business and operational aspects of the practice plays a key role in our success.
Nyna works closely with our providers and staff to ensure their needs are met and that daily operations run smoothly. From managing office supplies to making sure our providers take a well-deserved break (something they are known to avoid), she helps keep everything on track behind the scenes.
She also oversees our social media platforms, coordinates office functions, and organizes community events sponsored by the practice. In addition, she leads our community and provider outreach efforts, building and maintaining relationships with local healthcare practices and businesses throughout the community.
As both an owner and a hands-on leader, Nyna is deeply committed to the success of the practice, the well-being of our staff, and the care of our patients. Her positive spirit, compassion, and dedication make her a true gem and a blessing to our practice family.
Office Manager
Marissa is our Practice Manager and serves as the leader of our care team. Organized, compassionate, and dedicated, she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. As Ms. Cherry’s trusted right hand, she works tirelessly to help our team succeed and to provide the highest level of service to our patients.
Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, Marissa is committed to making sure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. In addition to overseeing daily business operations, she takes on many important responsibilities behind the scenes. When a medication requires prior authorization, she diligently works with insurance companies to obtain approval. When a referral is needed, she carefully researches and coordinates with in-network providers to help patients receive the care they need.
Marissa’s dedication, professionalism, and determination make her an invaluable part of our team. Never underestimate someone because of their age—she is truly a rockstar who consistently goes above and beyond for both our patients and our practice.
Front Desk Team
Our Front Desk Team is often the first friendly face you'll see and the first voice you'll hear when contacting our office. They are dedicated to creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient from the moment you walk through our doors.
Whether scheduling appointments, assisting with paperwork, answering questions, or helping navigate insurance concerns, our front desk staff works diligently to ensure your visit is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Medical Staff
