Addiction Management

Addiction Management is the use of referrals to therapist, counseling, and addiction therapies often in addition to Medication Management with the purpose of managing different addictions. 

Current options available include but are not limited to the following:

Vivitrol Injections - Prescribed to pharmacy contracted by patients insurance and injections administered in office

Naltrexone Tablets - Prescribed to local pharmacy and managed with regular appointments

Suboxone/Subutex - Prescribed to local pharmacy and managed with regular appointments

All Addiction Management patients are required to attend or participate in addiction therapy sessions via AA, NA, or referrals to counseling resources. 

Urine Drug Screens are often required to be completed at all in office appointments and on a random basis to assist in meeting the needs of each patient.

Routine labs to ensure underlying conditions are diagnosed and treated, in addition to routine monitoring of body systems which can be impacted by the above mentioned medications.
