Primary Care

Primary care is the care and management of acute illness and chronic health conditions. This covers care over the expanse of a lifetime. This practice provides Primary Care Services to all persons over the age of 12 years old. We will also offer as needed/acute care of all persons over the age of 2 years old. We are not currently acting as primary care providers for children under the age to 12 as they require the attention and focus of a Pediatrician. We are not offering vaccine administration in office, however orders can be sent to the pharmacy for any vaccination requests.
