Concierge Medicine

Concierge Medicine is providing a closer level of access to the provider for an additional cost. 

Have you ever been unwell, or needed an urgent visit but are unable to get an appointment with the provider or do not feel comfortable going to the urgent care or ER due to the risk of exposure to other illnesses?  Have you ever had a random concern or medical question that may be able to be resolved with a simple text message or phone call? Are you running a business and unable to wait hours in a providers office waiting room? Do you require your appointments to be held at home/work? Concierge medicine allows you access to the provider within a few hours as opposed to several days/weeks/months. It also provides for in home/work office appointments and after hours telemedicine appointments. 

Do you work for a small business and are unable to afford the cost of insurance or routine care? Have you ever wondered if there is a lower cost option to maintain preventative health examinations? Concierge medicine can provide a lower cost option to health insurance. 

Ms. Cherry will perform Concierge Medicine Evaluations by appointment only, this evaluation will review the patients needs and the pricing options available to best suit the patient's needs. 

We will begin offering these services starting January 1st, 2024; Consultations for these services will be available starting December 1st, 2023. Due to the busy nature of the practice all consultations will be performed on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday and may be performed at the Office, Patient Home, or Patient business. Consultations will take approximately 1 hour for completion. All consultations will require a $500 non-refundable deposit/person. This deposit will be applied to any service purchased. 

All initial consultations will include a physical exam, vital sign measurement, medication list review, Pulmonary Function Test and EKG.
