COMING TO OUR PRACTICE NOVEMBER 1ST 2025

Weight-loss Management is completed with the use of initial and routine/follow-up labs, possible medication management, lifestyle changes, and treatment of underlying conditions which can create difficulty with weight loss. Referrals to Dietician is highly recommended.

THINGS TO KNOW/PRETREATMENT REQUIREMENTS

1 - prior to making your appointment you will need to have the following minimum tests completed within the past 6 month period

CBC, CMP, A1C, TSH

If you require an order for these labs one will be provided to the lab of your choosing (CPL, Quest, Lab Corp)

These results will need to be provided to this office PRIOR to the date of your appointment via fax (702-342-1192) or email (backoffice@family1stcareinc.com)

3 - schedule an appointment with our office staff by calling or text messaging 702-342-0324 and make sure to state you are coming in for our Weight Loss Program
