Botox for Migraines

Botox is used in the treatment and management of Chronic Migraines. This requires proper documentation in order for medications to be approved by patient's insurance. Not all patients are candidates for Botox for Migraine treatments. Imaging and Neurology referrals may be required to diagnose possible underlying agrivating factors which can make migraine managemet difficult. The use of medications or the immediate relief of migraines is often provided in addition to Botox Management. 

Labs, imaging, and frequent follow ups are required for this treatment. Botox for Migraine management is administered on a scheduled basis every 90 days to ensure proper use and administration of the medication.
